We will assist customers in resolving shipping issues when possible, but responsibility for delivery services rests with the carrier.

All orders are made to order unless otherwise stated. Processing times typically range from 3–7 business days depending on current production volume.
Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS through Shippo. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information to monitor delivery progress.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier. Delivery estimates provided at checkout are approximate and may be affected by holidays, weather, or carrier delays.
What to Include in the Shipping Policy
Shipping Details:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer may require additional shipping fees to resend.
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers should first contact the carrier directly. We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacement or refund in these cases.
For damaged shipments, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist with a resolution.
Optional shipping insurance may be available at checkout to protect against loss or damage during transit.
