Refund Policy - The Basics
Returns & Refunds:
All items are made to order. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Because items are 3D printed and handmade, minor variations, layer lines, or small imperfections may occur and are considered normal, not defects.
We do not accept returns for:
